Two plans are offered to clients. The first plan involves using the platform to find and verify vendors using the applications within the system.

 

The second plan, in addition to the services of the first plan offers a vendor qualification option using the survey app and also document exchange with e-signatures for approval.

Both plans can be paid either up front in one payment or in instalments over 12 months.

  • Search & Vendor/Partner Verification

    search, presentation & verification of company results, details and certifications
    Valid for 30 days
    • Using the partner platform we do the following:
    • Search of Platform based on clients specification and needs
    • uploading of successful results/companies on 'My Companies'
    • on-boarding of new companies with completion of profiles
    • uploading of certifications e.g. GMP & ISO certs if possible
    • find and add, news, blogs. multi-media content to profile

  • Find, Verify and Qualify a Company

    2,500£
    In addition to finding and verifying, a vendor can also be qualified using a survey
    Valid for 2 months
    • Search of Platform based on clients specification and needs
    • uploading of successful results/companies on 'My Companies'
    • on-boarding of new companies with completion of profiles
    • uploading of certifications e.g. GMP & ISO certs if possible
    • find and add, news, blogs. multi-media content to profile
    • construct, issue and collect results from a vendor survey
    • exchange documentation for approval and/or signing
    • send RFQ to prospective vendor
